Guidance
Intermediate Students are in confusion state with physical, emotional and psychological changes adding to their growth.We, having understood the situation and introduce counselling guidance cell. The mentors interact with students personally to find their problems and counsel them. Thus, making the students to learn in stress free environment.
Examinations
- Examinations Will be conducted time to time to know the performance of the student
- IPE Monthly Exam will be conducted on last week of every month
- EMPCET weekend test will be conduct on monday of every month 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm
- CA Foundation Course Exam will be conducted for MEC On last Saturday of every month from 2 Pm to 5pm
- Quarterly Examination will be held in the month of oct
- Half-yearly Examination will be held in the month of November
- Pre – Final- 1 Examination will be conducted in the month of January
- Pre – Final- 2 Examination will be conducted in February
Report Card:
- Student Marks Will be Messaged to parents through Vidyalaya APP
- A Copy of report will be handed over to the student
INTERACTION :( Parent – Teacher Meeting )
- KMJC organized Parent – Teacher Meeting after every exams.
- CMR (Central Marks Register) Marks in all the subjects will discuss with the parent.
- There is a discussion on student performance in individual subjects, students discipline in classrooms and their attendance percentage.
- The meeting helped to create better understanding between parent and teacher and build a cordial relationship between the college and the community.
Counselling:
- Counselling Committee will Counsel the student Personally for the better Performance in the upcoming Examination
Doubt Classification:
- Student can get their doubts Classified from 3pm to 4pm Every day for MPC & MEC
- Students of CEC Can Clarify their doubts from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
